H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine: Voluntary, Mandatory, or a Ruse?

There exists much disinformation available about the H1N1 (so called swine flu) pandemic. In some hospitals, employees are forced to take the vaccination or suffer layoffs, forced suspension, or furlough. In other hospitals, institutions,  and businesses, specific retribution is exacted for not taking the vaccination on the grounds of endangering others.  Punishment for refusing a foreign substance into a human being’s body is a fundamental abrogation of human rights. There should be no safe haven for employers or government to dictate what goes inside our own bloodstream. If that right is given up, the very talk of human or civil rights becomes empty banter.

Some states (like Massachusetts) are legislating a law of forced quarantine, arrest, fines, and incarceration without warrants for refusing to vaccinate. This is in the least coercian, which is a force. Let’s call it coerced vaccination to be exact    Such a law has passed the Massachusetts State Senate (on 4-28-09 Senate Bill S02028); yet, at the time of this writing (09/2009), it is still held up in the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the lack of compatible amendments.  I think the United States, however, is due to a new Bill of Rights that holds legal binding which ensures the sovereignty of our bodies, communities, counties, and states over that of federal predilection, control, coercian, and power politics.

The government is given rights by, of, and for the people and that those rights, so given to the government, can be rescinded by the will of the people. Such rights must be guaranteed in a true democracy or it is not a true democracy. This situation is not solely due to disinformation by the greed and power machine, but mostly due to disinterest (apathy) by the electorate. There is an anti-democratic trend in America, that says “trust authority, trust your government, when threatened pass more laws, safety is obtained through more police and security systems, more prisons are needed to protect us, more laws are needed, etc “. In short, a police state or totalitarian systems becomes equated as the safe way to go for law and order, which becomes equated with peace of mind, mental stability/order, protection, personal security, and the like. However, that mentality is not loyalty to the spirit of the US constitution (democracy, liberty, and individual freedom), rather it is representative of the fear of an immature child. Moreover, it is dysfunctional; i.e., it doesn’t bring happiness, rather by giving up human rights, it is the harbinger of tyranny and exploitation. People blinded by fear and confusion don’t seem to understand this. In short they are not capable of participating in a true democracy– a democracy in deed. not merely in empty words.

It has been said that this is a partisan issue; i.e., that Democrats and liberals love laws and big government. The latter may be true to some extent; e.g., in general Democrats tend to believe that more legislation, a larger system of external order, or “big government” will solve all their problems within the frame of an otherwise benign democracy, but are Republicans any better? Remembering that the record deficits and debts, the Patriot Act, two very costly wars, record military budgets, record federal prison systems, reckless federal subsidies to private financial corporations, costly private sector subcontracting (privatization), and brazen unaccountability occurred with impunity from 2000-2006 under complete Republican federal control amidst unprecedented centralization of federal power alongside the amassing of great wealth in the hands of an elite few with a corresponding drop in income (and increased poverty) among the many, it would be incorrect to state that Republicans stand for small government.

What seems to be in common between the two parties is that both are out for control, power, and wealth; but it is their own; i.e., they belong to two different clubs with a common donor; i.e., the financial elite. Another difference is that the Republicans pretend that they are for less government interference, while deregulating the corporate and financial institutions swindlers. At the same time, the Democrats pretend that they are for the poor, the workers/unions, the minorities and under-represented. Both political parties together attempt to include 99% of the Americans, while in fact they represent the welfare of 1%. They are both controlled by the 1% and do their bidding, while pretending to play their stated roles. So they differ in the focus of their pretension. That is a long standing farce (some call high drama) going on in Washington and State capitols throughout America supported by the corporate media centers of disinformation. In a true democracy, the buck stops nowhere else but at the feet of the electorate. The electorate is responsible. When they act irresponsibly, then they perpetuate their own exploitation and suffering as is occurring throughout most of America by a new autocracy and growing servile class system. Democracy becomes dysfunctional (counterproductive) when the electorate can’t discern between truth or falsehood or worse when they do not even care (apathy and disinterest). The ruling power elite would have it no other way.

I suggest that we understand this so called  pandemic as a dry run orchestrated by the power elite to test-out how a police state  or a totalitarian system (Republican or Democratic) could occur by invoking  the four letter word,  FEAR; i.e.,  an imagined or real national emergency where civil/human  rights are suspended and citizens disappear without trace and without legal recourse. All a power maven cares about is their own power, while fearing other people’s power.

At this point, I don’t think that the vaccination itself (even with its admittedly very serious and dangerous collateral damage that WILL result in many deaths, paralysis, and other serious side effects) will dumb the general populace down any more than it already is, as much as the draconian laws that are being proposed to force a medical emergency (police state), where anyone suspect of being a disease carrier or health threat can be incarcerated, quarantined, and fined indefinitely without legal recourse, if so ordered by one’s local health official. Impossible in Amerika? Rather, long term strategies and plans exist and are being implemented to maintain wealth, power, and control on the planet by ruthless and selfish people. These psychological sociopaths have long existed, but nowhere before in time and space have they gotten so far. Their plans are however myopic and doomed, but when they fail they will cause much harm to others (as they always do).

Not that I recommend anyone taking the H1N1 vaccination, but I think that a close reading will show that what is being “setup” goes far beyond the greed and international clout of Big Pharma.

Following are a few links, which reflect a sane and sober view of the H1N1 flu so called, “pandemic”.  As can be seen, much disinformation has been created by the national disinformation network (the mass media). Disinformation is an organized attempt at propaganda and marketing to sell people a product or an idea. The goal is to amass more power, control, and money, while disempowering all others (as possible threats). It is based on fear, hatred, greed, insecurity. and insatiable craving. Such people are sociopaths and need to be outlawed, monitored, and regulated if not locked up.

This illustrates the difference between regulation of the individual or people on one hand, which is what a police state or totalitarian system does, while on the other hand a neutral party oversees the regulation is placed upon government officials, institutions, lobbyists, the financial system, arms dealers, the military, and greed industry, not the people.

This law reads in part:

“Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both. It shall not be a defense to a prosecution for this offense that the commissioner or the local public health authority erroneously determined that noncompliance would pose a serious danger to public health, if the commissioner or local public health authority was acting in good faith under color of official authority.

A person who knowingly violates any other order issued under this subsection may be subject to a civil fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues. Any fine collected for any violation of this section shall be credited fifty percent to the courts and fifty percent to the health care safety net trust fund. The commissioner or the local public health authority may recover expenses incurred in enforcing the order from the person to whom the order was directed, by action in the superior court.

(b) Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority:
(1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possibly communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual.

An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.

(c) Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health, the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority:
(1) to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any individual; provided that decontamination measures must be by the least restrictive means necessary to protect the public health and must be such as are not reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to perform physical examinations, tests, and specimen collection necessary to diagnose a disease or condition and ascertain whether an individual presents a risk to public health. If an individual is unable or unwilling to submit to decontamination or procedures necessary for diagnosis, the decontamination or diagnosis procedures may proceed only pursuant to an order of the superior court. During the time necessary to obtain such court order, such individual may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal to submit to decontamination or diagnosis procedures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.

(d) (1) When the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction reasonably believes that a person may have been exposed to a disease or condition that poses a threat to the public health, in addition to their authority under section 96 of chapter 111, the commissioner or the local public health authority may detain the person for as long as may be reasonably necessary for the commissioner or the local public health authority, to convey information to the person regarding the disease or condition and to obtain contact information, including but not limited to the person’s residence and employment addresses, date of birth, and telephone numbers.
(2) If a person detained under subsection (1) refuses to provide the information requested, the person may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health. “
